- From the dust jacket of my book: Terry Kunkel leads a varied life. A former marine, he’s also been a software engineer, pilot, three-time marathoner, astronomer, and environmentalist. His interests in the arts include both painting and writing. He lives in South Florida with his wife, Kris, and two extremely spoiled dogs named Tara and Isabel and the two most recent entries: Cole and Phoebe. Cole is a black, American domestic short-haired, and Phoebe is Siamese with tan and black markings. Both cats were named for characters from the "Charmed" television series and they do seem to live up to their namesakes.
